This is my 2nd card for CC634. I am you hostess this week, and we are having a sendoff to the retiring in-colors from 2015-2017.
Those colors are cucumber crush, mint macaron, tip-top taupe, delightful dijon and watermelon wonder. You can use all 5 of them if you like or pick a minimum of two for your card.
Dessert option this week is to make your own background. I used a brick wall stencil to create my background and mint macaron ink.
My flowers are from the Altenew set "peony bouquet". This is a layering stamp set. I stamped the outline image in tip top taupe and the next layer in watermelon wonder.
The leaves are also stamped in taupe and then in cucumber crush. I stamped off once with the cucumber.
My sentiment is also from Altenew -the beautiful day set.
I added some watermelon wonder sequins. They are from an old Paper Pumpkin Kit. I punched a couple of butterflies with delightful Dijon dsp to complete my card.
I used all 5 colors on this card. Hope you can play along with the team this week.

Beautiful sponging of the brick wall, Mary. I really like the taupe outlining, which really shows off the watermelon color! Wonderful placement of the flowers and butterflies...oh, and sentiment too~

Mary, I think this is a great send-off for these colors. It's interesting, because I've been organizing my DP and just made a folder for these with a "label" that I found on the web tat shows the colors and the names. I love your card with these beautiful flowers, and what a perfect background! Stunning, and thanks for the challenge. I am working on something and just not sure yet how to finish it. We'll see! Haha! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo

Love the brick wall in the Mint, I never would have thought to use this color for this and it is absolutely perfect to showcase the beautiful peonies. Great color choice idea for this week, I really liked all of these colors and am sad they are being retired.
