Barbara has chosen Emerald Envy, Gold and Whisper White for this week's color challenge, with a dessert of St. Patrick's Day.
I had to sub Pine Needles Distress ink for the Emerald Envy. I used various grunge stamps with Pine Needles ink and punched with heart punch. I edged each with the ink and assembled 3 hearts to resemble a shamrock. I used the small splatter to stamp in gold as a background for the shamrock. I used a green spectrum noir marker for the stem. I die cut a curved edge with the tree edgelit and stamped the shamrocks along the curve. Stamped the sentiment and added punched gold circles.

Ha! We used the same technique to create a shamrock but you stamped and I used the negative space of the heart dies!! Love your different designs in your shamrock petals and the splatters are a great detail!

How clever of you to create a shamrock out of three hearts. I love the grunge look of this perfect St. Patrick's Day card. It's so great to have you on the Color Challenge team this month!
