Kandie (Kemernow) found woven ribbon fish at an estate sale and posted them for us to see. Looked up instructions and made this fishie, which seemed to beg to be put together with this shimmer blue & pebble green cs! When the punch would not cut the pebble cs, I colored some white shimmer paper with Chartreuse Color Bursts and punched out that. Die cut a circle in the blue and layered the green behind it to frame the fishie. Also colored the plain greenish ribbon with the chartreuse, so it matched the paper. Put a googly eye on the fishie, and snuck an extra tail fin on him, and mounted onto the card.Added ribbons, punched seaweed, and Dew Drop bubbles for accents.

Coolio - this is just beautiful! I like the fish, must try that - file it in my memory for next time there's a ribbon challenge.
The seaweed is brilliant - and the wavy ribbon.
