It's all about flowers today it seems. I put the ovals together and added the flower heads die cut from the dsp under the ivory embossed panel (= frugal!) I cut slivers of green for the stems and added a bow. The words were also die cut from under the ivory panel (= extra frugal). I punched three ivory flowers similar to the panel design to add dimension to the embossed panel. Once completed I used the crystal drops to make faux pearls.

Gorgeous! Love the soft colors and beautiful flowers & papers. Your frugal ideas are so smart. Your oval with the flowers and liquid pearls is awesome. Love the embossed panel with the die-cut Happy Birthday from the printed paper. Such a beautiful & lovely birthday card! TFS

Lovely b'day card with the sweet little bouquet featured, Sandie. Wondeful deep dry embossing on your side panel and delicate die cut framing for the oval.
