This is my card for the alpha challenge letter O post #2047. For O, I used octagon dies, oak tree, oak leaves, & for part 2 of the challenge, it is a one layer card. I die cut a window in the card front & the image is stamped on the inside of the card.
The frame is sponged using a mask cut from an octagon die.

When I saw your title I expected to see a yellow ribbon on that Old Oak Tree. The song is stuck in my head now. I love the fall colors you used on this and the Octagon windeo was a great way to keep it one layer but give it lots of interest! Lovely Card!

This is beautiful! I want Lovely as a Tree sooo badly. =) Your colors are amazing.. I truly felt the feeling of autumn in this. And how clever you are! I looked at it and snickered.. hehe Thinking you didn't do the double challenge. I applaud you for being so creative! I love the sentiment too.. wish you knew which set it was from. (Thanks Pat, now I have that song stuck in 'MY' head too!) hehe
