I used an older Nordstrom's shopping bag from the men's dept. that I had saved. It had a pretty matte silver finish and was a good paper weight. I splotched on alcohol inks and a blender and when dry laid the die cut over it and added more color and pale gold paint.

This is Fantastic- and GORGEOUS! Wow! I love recycling and you took it up several notches with this beautiful card. I love the delicate butterflies and the sentiment done in gold on vellum is stunning. LOVE it! ~Karen.

Such a gorgeous recycle project! You certainly have an eye for colors and created an awesome background. I'll bet the butterflies are even more impressive IRL with the silver under the color! Fantastic!
