A card for this week's S2S16AA challenge, to feature mountains in a project. I started out by watercolouring the sky and far away mountains. Then I stamped the wild, wild west mountain with brown ink, and watercoloured it and the surrounding grass, fading the colours in the foreground. I then stamped three horses in rich cocoa ink and one in a light grey ink. I glued the brown horses together and watercoloured the top one and took a pencil to the grey horse to show some features. The smaller horse is a silhouette stamp, and I am going to look at the grey horse for awhile and if it still doesn't look right to me, I will stamp one in black. This card is for my friend's birthday on the 23rd, so I have time. No sentiment either.

Ina, I see this is right next to your other card but somehow I must have overlooked it. I don't know how that happened because it stands out in the gallery. Wow, that's some great watercoloring!

Beautiful. Love the scene you created. I see what you mean about the gray horse- it doesn't have as much detail but I wouldn't necessarily change it. Just gorgeous.
