Having no picnic stamps really, I decided to make a picnic scene using my Stampscape stamps. I stamped my image in Black Stazon onto watercolor cs. I then used my Spectrum Aqua markers with water & paintbrush to color my scene. I haven't used these much, but love the effect and for me, watercoloring isn't my strong suit, so these markers make it much easier for me to achieve this look. After the image dried, I stamped my boater and reeds. My card base is Mossy Meadow. 1st mat is Soft Sky framed with Pool Party. Image is framed with Mossy Meadow and popped up inside the main frame. Tickle, tickle, tickle.............where will this card go??? TFL ladies.

What a beautiful, serene scene! The colors are so soothing and I LOVE the framing. Would love to have this card travel across the border and show up in my box

Oh my gosh Mary, I assumed that was a printed scene, not something you did yourself. I'm impressed; personally I've never been good at stamping scenes.

Well, you created a fabulous picnic scene. Made me smile, too - our first day on holidays we hired a boat for a few hours and brought a picnic along. So relaxing, just like the scene you have depicted here.
