Ellen Hutson and W&W. Great mix. Day 1 Challenge - Florals. I stamped the Hydrangea on the light patterned paper and fussy cut it out. I colored the stem bits with a light green Copic marker.
SSS Wednesday Challenge is to use Patterned Paper. I tend to buy it... and then not use it. So here we go. Let's use up some of that patterned paper!
And finally, the Theme & Sketch Challenge over at STAMPlorations this month is all about celebrations. I say every anniversary is worthy of a celebration, so I'm also entering over there. (http://stamplorations.blogspot.com/s...ly%20challenge)

I just bought this stamp set (not the dies--yet), and loved seeing your card here on the gallery. Really interesting using a kraft color for the hydrangea, I would not have thought of it. I loved how you stamped it then had it on patterned paper, really neat! And the subtle pattern on that kraft paper gave the hydrangea a really cool texture, wonderful without coloring it at all--so smart!!! Love the large sentiment too, so well-balanced with the large hydrangea.
