For Inspiration Challenge 550: Vermont Country Store...
I have always liked those sugared fruit candies and jelly candies (although about two is all I want), and this photo was the one I chose for my inspiration.
I stamped my images on watercolor paper (Arches has such a texture to it) and then spritzed with water. I added the sentiment when dry. The background was stenciled using a dauber.
Thanks for taking a peek at my peekaboo peach!

Oh, Judy, what a fabulous inspiration card, and I love the inspiration piece you've used! I remember these also and remember that two were plenty - haha! And I always gravitated to the red ones and stayed away from the mint greens. What a fabulous card using the watercoloring and spritzing it, and I love the layout with the sponged stenciling. Beautifully done and such a lovely color combination! So glad you found something to inspire you. And I will definitely check out Arches watercolor paper. I've been experimenting a lot and still have a LONG way to go in many ways. Hugs, sweet friend!
