How fun!!! I colored the boot and flowers to coordinate with the washi tapes that I adhered to my white card. The little spur was colored with a silver Wink of Stella pen. I went over the flowers with some clear Wink of Stella for that extra shimmer - this IS a cowgirl's boot, ya know?? LOL
Check out this week's CAS challenge over in the Challenge forum. It's a fun one!!
BTW - how do you fussy cut an image like this with all the dots around it??

In answer to your question about cutting, I would have cheated. I would have stamped it on the paper and colored it, then stamped and colored the boot, cut the boot and popped it up. The boot would be so much easier to cut out by itself. ...And that's according to Goofy/me. Lol however, I love the way you did it too. I'm just a lazy stamper.
