This was done totally inspired by this beautiful card in Amber's gallery that looked very textured & mixed media to me, so I am currently working on a gift package for someone who just may see this posted and so, I can't tell you that story... um yeah, OK this IS colored mixed media style and flat (changes are just about everything) (I mostly drew on the color because, yellow is not one of my go to colors... I probably should have used Watercolor paper but, I wanted the petals to have a translucent look to them and I wasn't sure I could get that with textured paper. something to try another time. I did run this through my big shot a few times after it was dry to try to flatten out some of the warp. Amber, I hope you like this and enjoy your week! tfl!

Such an eye-opening color work!! LOVE the sheer look of these petals! I'm with you on the choice to use a smooth card stock instead of watercolor paper. Stunning!!

What a gorgeous burst of sunshine! I love that it is a partial image and goes off the edges of the card! You really did succeed at keeping the translucency. Super card!
