I said I would never do watercolor - EVER. I said it was too hard and I was not interested and I would never do it. Well, I think I just did. Even on watercolor paper. I was inspired by this cute, cute card made by Virginia.
I had no intention of doing a watercolor card, but it just fell together. I spaced off the strips of color, painted them on with my watercolor brush, let it dry a bit and stamped it. Tell me it's good for a beginner because I sure do like it.
Thanks, Virginia for inspiring me and for sharing all the lovelies in your gallery. I may have to go back and be inspired more.
Congratulations on being chosen Featured Stamper. Enjoy your time in the lights.

I love, love, love your card!!! Super job with the watercolors!! You're a champ!! Right out of the gate you've made a terrific card. I love how you've stamped the flowers. The bright colors are great and mimic Virginia's. Yeah!! :>)

Are you kidding me...this is your first time doing watercolors? It is amazing! I love the gorgeous composition and how you were inspired to try something new (that's what FS is all about, right?). Now, promise me to try more water-coloring...you just touched the tip of iceberg (wink!). I am very honored that you CASED my card! Hugs!
