For this tag the background was created using a stencil and watercolor, sparkle pens painted through onto parchment, this was mounted onto a glossy tag base. Image was stamped onto clear acetate, acetate was cut to size, mounted onto tag and decorated with stamped and die cut shells which were painted and sparkled. These were shaped and formed and added to the top of the acetate layer to create an undersea scene! Pictures on my blog: http://dreamlaine.blogspot.co.uk/201...rmaid-tag

I was wondering if anyone would do some UNDERWATER nature!! I love it! I had similar thoughts at one point! I love your sweet underwater tag! The way you applied the color is so cool! It really looks like sun shining through the water!! Thanks for playing!!
