So, I don't know if this is for double challenge or not. I took it to mean an N word that starts with N and ends in N. But if it needs two things, there is a napkin, and then the napkin technique. Napkin was one of the words I had written down for N , so when Dani, gave the challenge it was the only one that ended with N too. I remembered I had learned this Napkin transfer technique years ago and had instructions, but it was more difficult than I thought it would b. You layer the cs, plastic wrap, and the then one ply of the napkin you put this between paper in a pad of paper and iron it says for 20 seconds with a medium iron. I did this and did this I think for about 30 minutes before the napkin stuck to the cs. Then I ran it through a die and glued it to my card. Then I fooled with it off and on and still not happy with it! But it is another Christmas card. Two more for my goal for April. Thanks for looking.

Awesome job, though 30 min to iron it seems a lot - it turned out fabulous - and I give you extra kudos for doing your Christmas cards ahead of time like this!!

You used a beautiful napkin! And I love the way you edged it with gold! But 30 minutes of ironing sounds too labour intensive! I've used napkins on cards with either a glue stick or spray-on glue, and also with melted beeswax - much faster!!

Thanks for the mini tutorial on how you made this, Sharon. Such a pretty card right down to the smallest detail of using a white pen on your poinsettias. Very pretty card.

This technique made a lovely Christmas card. I tried doing the napkin technique too (several times) and I think you are right...not as easy as they make it sound....but your card is inspiring me to give it a try again. Thanks for sharing

Lovely red Christmas card. Bright and cheery. And congrats on coming up with napkin. Never thought of that! And yes, it does sound like a lot of time involved with this technique, but it looks great with that diecut!
