This is for the Sketch Challenge and the Teapotters Challenge to make a card for Aunt Dot who is healing. She likes chocolate, puppies, kittens; her favorite colors are red & yellow. We get extra cookies for including an encouraging scripture. I found the printed paper in my stash. It was the perfect theme and colors! All my stamps are boxed up to move into another room; God is good and I was able to find these stamps without too much trouble. WouldnÂ’t it be lovely if the big heart in the girlÂ’s hands was made of chocolate! The puppy and kitten are helping to bring a message of encouragement. The verse from Proverbs ties-in nicely with the image. The reference is stamped at the bottom as it wouldnÂ’t fit in the heart-shaped punch. Fun sketch to work with. I used polka-dot embossed strips as they coordinated with the dotted bandages and the polka-dot dress. Thank you for looking at my card! Hope Aunt Dot likes it.

It's a very sweet card for Dorothy and one with a wonderful verse. I see your bandages in the background. I bet she said "ouch" when she broke her humerus. She is sure to love receiving this wonderful card.
