Old books and reading has been my favourite thing since I was a kid. I could spend a whole summer day under the shade tree in the yard using my imagination! Trying to find a programme for my stamp girls is getting harder and harder since we have been together since 2000 but it seems bookmarks never go out of style...and you can never have too many...well..maybe..in my case! LOL The yellow sunflower die is from Cheery Lynn with some small hydrangea flowers from a Martha Stewart punch for the centres. The greeting is part of a die by Sue Wilson. Various fibres and ribbons and a few threaded beads make the tassel. We are also going to try our hand at some origami by making Kusudama flowers for the dangle on a corner folded bookmark. The small white flowers were found in the Bridal Aisle at Mike's for discount prices as was the patterned paper.

How cool! Both of these are great but I must say the corner one is so creative with the addition of that flower on ribbon that wil hang from the book....neat!

Spotted that Kusudama flower straight away! I once made a whole ball of them. Very classy in black and white - but the warm colours of the other bookmark are also fabulous.

These are beautiful bookmarks. I love your sunflower and the fibers and pearls!
