This card is for today's CAS challenge to use daffodils. Many, many years ago, I was taking a road trip out to Ohio and we were driving through the mountains in Pennsylvania and we came across an entire valley meadow of daffodils growing wild. It is a sight I will never forget...so bright and beautiful! I stamped my image and colored with colored pencils. I added some wood grain texture, I am not sure how I feel about that. I punched a border, embossed a greeting and added some texture with an embossing folder. I feel like any one element on this card is fine by itself but don't really like how they combined.

Silly girl, I think everything has come together perfectly. I like your grain bg, your EF on the side and your sweetly colored daffodil. If you ever get to NorCal, you should go to 'Daffodil Hill" near Murphy, CA. It has thousands and thousands and thousands of daffodils.

Wonderfully done - and I like the look of the woodgrain along with the daffodil with the roots. A great look. Thanks for playing along in the CAS challenge today.
