The inside of this card says "Oh yeah...like if you had magic shoes you'd go to Kansas." My apologies to my friends from Kansas (including my husband) but ...... enough said. Please see my other post for the inside of the card, including Toto!
I used the gingham paper and scallop punches to (hopefully) give the card the feeling of the little girl from Kansas, but with an updated twist.
The main panel is watercolored with reinkers from MFT. I did use a sponge dauber to darken the Blueberry color in the corner.
After coloring Dorothy with Copics, I used a Versamark pen to cover her shoes, then used Heat & Stick powder and red glitter. I used the same technique on the shoes on the inside of the card.
When I got ready to put all the pieces together I went a bit rogue and angled the panel under the main one. (I hope it still counts for the challenge if I didn't follow it exactly.)
After everything was on the card, I decided it still needed something and added the sequins.
This was a super fun card to work on. I rated this a three, somewhat challenging, because there were a lot of elements to contend with. TFL!

You've taken that sketch into a whole new dimension. This is positively adorable. Great coloring, design and elements. I love all the bling, glitter and your red glittered sheet behind Dorothy.

I've never been to Paris, so I have no idea what I'm missing, however, I have been to Kansas (born there), but your card is still humorous and I get it!
