This was a difficult card to get to work, and I have no one to blame but myself. You would think that if you were going to suggest an idea for a challege theme, you would already have a great idea or supplies that you wanted to use. Not only did I not have an idea, but I don't even own any wraping paper. After tearing the house apart I found this piece of wrapping paper that had been used on a gift that someone gave to me. Most of it was torn or very creased, but I did salvage enough to fie cut the rectangle in the middle layer. After coloring the image it did not look too good, so I colored more leaves, fussy cut them and used pop dots to give it some dimension. If you are like me and have only made about 4 holiday cards, join us in this week's F4A challenge which is perfect for making holiday cards.

You are one of the most innovative crafters I have ever seen! You make do with what you have and if you don't have it, you manage to create it. Your cards are fabulous, Francie and this is no exception! Love the gold edge on the die cut wrapping paper and the beautiful way you color your images!

How funny....you suggest an idea and then have to scrounge around for some wrapping paper.....you gave me a tickle. Your card turned out beautifully in the bright, happy, non-traditional colors for an exciting contemporary card.
