I stamped the BG with tone on tone ink using a smaller lilly than the main image. The main image is stamped and embossed and colored with Copics. The enamel dots are Perler beads cut in half and melted in the oven.

Oh, you are too clever: melted beads. OMGosh, how creative is that. Your card is gorgeous in that color and I love your tone-on-tone bg. I need to remember to emboss in white; it's such a stunning additive to an image. Shelly, this is a beautiful sympathy card.
