...and I instantly thought about how many "letters" (get it letters on the trees-LOL) I have to write for the holidays! MANY of my friends send letters around Thanksgiving, and even more for Christmas, outlining the wonderful experiences from the previous year, and the many things they are grateful for!
As you all well know, I LOVE to alter stationery with stamps. I buy the stationery rather plain (although I do love gold and navy borders) and then I stamp on it to create my own 1-of-a-kind stationery designs. In this case I honored the many paper trees of my inspiration with my all time favorite stamp : Lovely as a Tree (I bet that many of you love that stamp set too-LOL).
Please join Angela and I and create something beautifully festive and creative of your very own! I know you'll enjoy the ride!
Hugs,
Audrie

I never thought of starting with store-bought stationery and stamping on it. What a great idea! There's a good reason why that stamp set has been around so long.

Gorgeous idea for holiday stationery. There really is no tree grouping stamp as gorgeous as the Lovely as a Tree set. I will never part with mine. This is beautiful Audrie. I also see your love of fountain pens here. : )

Fabulous idea to personalize stationery with an elegant border by adding stamped images for the season. You do a lovely complete "package" by stamping the envelopes as well. Simple, but distinctive.
