A big congrats to Lisa, the newest Featured Stamper! Lisa has a beautiful gallery & she leaves the sweetest comments! I chose This to case. I kept the candle & flowers Christmas theme, but I used more die cuts instead of images, different colors & added a window to my card.
I die cut the mosaic poinsettias & the window framing out of mirror gold. The solid poinsettias were die cut out of white. I used the window bg part of the die to cut the scene w/ the Christmas tree from the ODBD Christmas 2014 paper. The window was added to the white brick embossed front, along w/ my layered poinsettia & the little greeting. For the gold backing around the greeting, I used one of the Mini Tag dies, cut one end, then flipped the die around & cut a mirror image end.
Congrats again, Lisa! Thanks so much for looking! Closeups & the inside are on my blog: The Write Stuff

What a beauty you've created, Julie. I love the Christmas tree inside your window. It looks so warm and cozy.

Julie what a gorgeous card and wonderful case and compliment to Lisa.... I love the gold poinsettia and frame against the brick wall... the coloured trimmed tree inside the house makes this card look so, "Homey". I absolutely love what you have done with this card... great work....
