This is my last sample for the Sketch team after 5 months of card making, and I've loved every week! Thank you for having me on this fun team of ladies! For this Thanksgiving card I used a Starbucks Gift Card as my main image. I went to see my son while he was working one day, and he showed me the new gift cards and said I could take a couple. I fell in love with this one's colors and the gold veins running through the leaf. I cut out a gold glimmer circle to hide the Starbucks lady, and I popped it up after adding the ribbon. For the bg I stamped off the splatters from French Foliage and then stamped onto the turquoise. I also added IBBG in gold; the sentiment is in navy. It was my DH's idea to add the textured navy strip; I was going to use navy as my cb, but when I tried it this way I liked it better. Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

I am rightfully impressed. That starbucks card is totally gorgeous. I'm going to have to go in one of their stores to purchase some ... for me since I love starbucks. Oh, I love this card, Roberta.

WOW, that is one fabulous gift card and unique way to give a gift card as the focal point of a card. I love the details on the card and the shape as well.
