I made a Fire Station jar topper for my Mixability It's a Grand Old Flag project. If you look closely there is an Grand Old Flag flying outside the Fire
Station to the left.
I used the Papertrey Ink Petite Places City Station Stamps and Die set to create this fire station jar topper. It's covered by 1/2 of a 3" clear dome ornament and adhered to a cute little half pint canning jar that I got at Joanns.
The car and Stop light stamps are from the Main Street Petite Places set, the road stamp is from City Scenes.
The Flagpole is from the Petite Places School House stamp and die set - it's attached to a little picket fence but the fence got pretty much covered with the green foliage. The black base for the scene was cut using the Scenic Basic Backer die with a white Nestability circle die piece cut in half layered over it. I hand drew in the walk from the street to the door of the station. (this can also be made a gas station using other stamps in the City Station set)
This is certainly a day for remembrance of all those who lost their lives and thankfulness for all of the fire and police persons who ran to help regardless of the peril.
