I thought outside the box on this challenge and used bubbles.....The bubbles on the background and the bubbles surrounding the heart. I cut out the heart circle then cut out the center of the circle with a plain circle die. I embossed the background and added the twine. I placed a piece of bashful blue behind the circle after sponging clouds on it. The heart balloon and elephant were added with dimensionals.

I was just about to take a break from commenting and move on to making another card myself - but when I saw your adorable elephant I just had to leave one more comment. He's so sweet, and like Irene, I love the way you have tied the twine from the balloon round his trunk. The bubble ef is a great pairing with the blue sky, too.
