Made this fun card for Lydia's challange.
Loved making this card using a technique I saw on art journaling Youtube post by Vicky Papaioannou. I used Tim Holtz distressed inks for the blueberry colored ocean and edges, water to create the splotchy effect, his mini Sand and Sea Movers & Shapers sizzix dies to make the tangerine and green colored sea horses, and Stampin' Up's By the Tide stamp for the fan corals, and Elizabeth Craft Design's glitter dots for the eyes. Seahorses always make me smile
