I masked off an area on the card base, and sponged it with cool caribbean ink. Then I used the star border punch along the sticky edge of a post-it to use as a stencil and then pounced ink in lines across the background. I added stars cut from star dies.

I love the look of the masked edges but have not had luck when trying it myself...I always seem to tear my paper. You're a pro at it and I can see why this was a fav of the week.
