This is for Vicki's Dare to Get Dirty Challenge! For all the details go to the DTGD Forum ..but you'll need to be a Fan Club member. It's sooooo easy, so take the DARE!
To make my card, I sprinkled some Brushos water color crystals onto water color paper & spritzed it with water. I didn't use too much water & I did the greens/blues after the orange/pinks/reds had mostly dried to keep the colors from getting muddy. I added a bit more color on the roses using Tombow (water based) markers then stamped the word & die cut the flowers panel. I added a slightly larger label behind it then put it back on the large background. I had another water colored panel I die cut w/ the Flourished Star Pattern die (love that tiny pierced edge!) so I used it for the largest layer. The seam ribbon bow was colored to match & a few gems were sprinkled on.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups & the inside are on my blog: The Write Stuff
