Had to do another card for our favorite tool challenge (WT533). I don't know what I would do without my Big Shot - I use die cuts on so many of my cards! For this card, I swiped the inks on my craft mat and then spritzed with water. Laid the cs in the ink (moved it around a couple times to get more ink) and let dry. Stamped the sentiment in waterproof ink so that I could spritz it with shimmer spritz for some sparkle and shine. (Can't see this in the photo of course, but pretty IRL.) Die cut the frame, the bird and then assembled with dimensional tape to create a kind of shadow box look. Added the sequins for just a tad more bling. Linking also to:

Isn't it amazing how die cuts have changed the look of our cards over the last few years? I predict it is a trend that will last! :-)
I really like your colourful background framed in white. The white bird die cut stands out beautifully against it. Gorgeous card!

That bright bg is gorgeous! Love the die cut bird in white with white framing as well....this really has a crisp, fresh look to it. Where would we all be without our dies? Pretty card!!

Gorgeous background Maura! What beautiful colors you chose and love the white die cut you used as well as your stitched frame. Your vibrant colors jumped from the gallery at me!
