A while back I watched Lydia's (Understandblue) video of her Bokeh technique. Wow! What a great technique and a terrific video. Thank you, Lydia for sharing! I finally got around to giving her technique a try. My butterfly is a bit different. There is a lighter blue watercolor - looking one on the ww cs, then a butterfly I painted with gelatos, cut out and adhered to the card just along the middle. It just did not look right to me. So what to do, what to do? I embossed another butterfly with white EP , went over it with a little bit of Tempting Turquoise ink, cut it out and adhered it on top of the blue butterfly! In real life it has a lot of dimension. I sponged around the edge of the white cardstock with a little bit of Soft Sky. This technique was fun, but I think I need a lot more practice!
