Have aqua card base, then black layer, and white layer sponged with different shades of blue and then a very light sponge of white here and there. Stamped butterflies in black ink, let dry then versa mark the leaf branches and emboss white, heated, sprayed with goosebumps spray for glitz, punched out butterflies, put down the added half pearls and added ribbon.

Oh wow, you've created a fabulous delicate lacy-feeling background with all that sponging and layering. I wouldn't have thought to stamp the foliage over the butterflies but it really looks wonderful. Classy looking butterfly, too!

Very lovely, I agree with Sabrina, I would have reversed the order, but as I look at this- I seem to be looking thru etched glass at butterflies. Maybe I am in a lounge chair looking up at the sky thru my wine glass ...seeing butterflies? LOL.. just love it.
