I used pansies from my garden and ran them through my Big Shot to create these paper flowers. I made sure the pansies were dry, cut the stem short, and removed the petals under the stem. Then I sandwiched them as follows: clear plate, watercolor paper, pansies (face down), paper towel, clear plate. I ran them through the Big Shot, then removed the smushed pansies from the paper and towel. Perfect images remained, though I had to cut them out, as the paper was also stained around the pansy. This technique did not work on the leaves, so I pressed them and glued them on the card directly.
