I've combined it with Frances' challenge to the CCEE Stampers, which is to use a stencil.
In fact, I've used two - one cut using a cloud die, with white paint and glitter, and a TCW Basketweave one for the lower part of the card, to pick up on the little balloon basket.
PB image stamped on white card and coloured with Inktense pencils and Polychromos. This is an image that forever I had trouble getting a good impression, until I unmounted it and put it on EZ-mount. The backing from that stuck onto to the wood block, so I still have the lovely PB stamp, but also a stamp that stamps well and doesn't give inky shadows!
Then I stencilled the clouds in, letting the behind one dry first.
For the base, I used brown acrylic paint with the stencil on a piece of kraft, adding some Luster Rub-on to add more definition. I stamped a sentiment on the image panel, rounded and sponged the corners and then added it to the base, with a border scrap from my desk.
