I used re-inkers and did a watercolour wash, using my fingers to spread ink around. Adhered this to c/s which had been sprayed with aquamarine glimmer mist and then backed onto coastal cabana c/s. I die cut 2 butterflies, and adhered to c/s using dimensionals and added the rhinestones. Stamped sentiment and cut out using a circle punch. My lacy border has also been punched out of the same aquamarine glimmer mist sprayed c/s.
It's quite late so I will be back tomorrow to comment on the other cards in the gallery. TFL!

Oh Sue, love your bg with the reinkers....it looks soft and satiny. Had to be fun doing it with your fingers. The color combo with the pop of red really shines. Love it.

Wow Sue this is gorgeous. I love the background and pretty design. How blue are your finger tips looking....as blue as our cricket team must be feeling.

Sounds like you tried something akin to finger painting, Sue, for at least part of your card! Love the effect when you mix it with the sprayed glimmer mist piece, then punched out part of that with the border punch! Great card!

Oh I just love your bg watercolor wash, Sue. It feels like you are looking into a pool of water. The die cut edge is so pretty, and the big red butterfly is gorgeous. Such a bright, beautiful card.

Sue, your background struck me the second I viewed your card! How fun to finger paint and how fabulous it looks! Your color combination is gorgeous and love the layered butterfly. You tied it together beautifully with your red bordering strip!
