I made another inspired by the same two pillows: wheat field and wood grain. I made the back wood grain panel first. I pulled out one of the tags I cooked up the other day (see blog post here) to use as my image panel. I stamped multiple heads of wheat grain. I took a scrap piece of dictionary page and used Gesso to glue it on the right edge of the tag. I sponged over this in Baked Brown Sugar once it was dry. I ran the edges of the tag against the ink pad as well. I stamped my sentiment in brown sugar, but it was too light. I used my stampamajig to line up my sentiment again and stamped over it in Espresso. This was layered over a piece of Espresso with vanilla seam binding.

I can't believe your tag. I am speechless. It's that gorgeous. I love how you bg is simple; it really allows the tag to be your focal point. Incredible what you did.

Just went to your blog. Goodness, what you've created as tags are absolutely unparalleled. I couldn't leave a comment because I don't use any of those from your pull down menu. I cant wait to try these out. YOur photos and narratives are really easy to understand.

I am in love with your tag, it is beautiful! I love the rich colors...the woodgrain background is a perfect backdrop for the tag as the focal point. The torn layered look is incredibly amazing and so well done!
