For Lydia's MIX105 Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head challenge, which I combined with Jeanne's Teeny Art challenge to keep the artwork on our card under 2 1/2" square. Hoping the sentiment doesn't count as artwork!
I am SO glad I looked at Lydia's challenge before work - and nipped upstairs to collect this scrap of woodgrain stamped card and my pack of Pitt pens and a white marker.
Because - I got to work, and I finished the current square of a patched blanket I am knitting. And I started the second square - and about fifteen rows into it I realised that I had somehow forgotten to pack white wool into my bag last night. No more knitting...
So I practised raindrops. First on this side, which was meant to be the practice side, and then on the other.
When I got home, I decided I liked the first side better - both sides need more practice, mind you.
So, I added it to a white card base, stamped my sentiment, added glossy accents to the drops and then stamped, coloured and fussy-cut my little chick. I can't believe I never got a chance to use any of my little DeNami chicks for the All Cooped Up DD theme - it appears I have too many chicken stamps.

Can't believe how much you squeeze into a day, Sabrina - really got a kick out of your little Denami chickie standing in the rain. Guess those and the PB chicks you use that I love so much, are multiplying in the hen house!!! I need to get me a few of them! Adorable card!

Jeanne would love that you have "too many chicken stamps." This is really cute, Sabrina. Your raindrops are super, and I like the dotted lines around the edge of your colored image.

How cute this is. Your little yellow duck is adorable. I got a chuckle out of you saying the first side was better than the second. Oh I know that all too well.

What a darling teeny image for the challenge, and your raindrops are wonderful. I gave it three tries, and when they all ended up in the trash, I figured it wasn't for me!! Good for you.
