Went for a masculine sorta Valentine today. Slate grey, white and red were the colors I thought that would work. I kept the embellishments to a minimum although I have to say my husband doesn't mind too much. :-) I wanted a few roses so I have one for the outside with a lattice window into the inside sentiment. I have a tutorial on how I made the Lattice Window if you want to create your own. Very easy and is a cool look. This rose is called La Vie En Rose and is part of our new Instant Garden Digital release every month. Beautifully drawn by Marcy and so much fun to color. I have the added sentiment version on the inside for you below. I love how this turned out and I know that my husband will to. The frame is with Spellbinders Label Twenty five die. I can't find the lattice die on the site, so maybe its discontinued or I just need to look harder. Any lattice die would work. Easy Peasy today. Hope you can play along in Power Poppy's Peep of the week challenge this week.
