I made this super fun soccer card for my daughter using the above Stampin' Up! products. Her school color is orange. This would be a great card to make for the entire team since they made it to division. My daughter was the stryker since she's extremely petite at 5 feet and 110 pounds of pure muscle, lightning fast and 16. She's not going to grow anymore unfortunately due to having problems with anorexia for a few years. My sketch is from my design team work at the Paper Craft Crew Challenge. This card is really out of the box for me and loaded up. It's definitely a stretch of my creativity to even think to stamp out my own soccer ball behind the main panel. I wanted enough of it to stick out so you would know what it is. I used the Typeset DSP to represent a "score" and the "pylons" at the top of the card are from the Project Life Little Moments Accessories Kit as well as the orange strip of plastic with the star on top. I just cut it down. I love how my sentiments lined up and it's not sentiment overkill. The top right of the card looked a little lonely so I added a star clip that also ties in the star from the left side. Gorgeous Grunge is stamped in Pumpkin Pie starting from the bottom left all the way to the top right. I do wish I had used Basic Black as the card base and then put on the Very Vanilla panel, but I didn't start out with a clear plan when I made this. I think it turned out great and of course, I couldn't resist using the Halloween Twine. It was perfect. For me, it's a very well put together card. No coloring, just pure stamping.
I hope you enjoy this card. Thank you for stopping by to visit me today. God bless you and make today count. Please stop by my blog at Cindy B Designs for this project and so many more.
