My hero is my dear friend, Val. She is a sister in Christ and used to be my upline. She slipped on a banana peel at work, and was injured to the point of not being able to work. She has been in pain every day since. She continues to do things she can, but usually over does it with the grandkids. Who wouldn't? Then she pays for it days after. Val doesn't complain but visits others and makes cards for them. I'm so thankful God allowed my path and Val's to cross. She is a forever friend! I am truly grateful for her and will send her a card similar to this. Thanks for the opportunity to name a hero, Bridget. You've brightened my day by allowing me to reflect on this.
Blessings-Sue

Sue, I'm full of admiration for your dear friend - to have an accident in such a simple way with such an impact on every day life and still remain positive and active, it's truly a wonderful quality! Your card has such beautiful colours, warm fall shades with that deep green - just gorgeous! I love the way you've brought those warm shades in through your stamping...thanks for sharing you hero in this challenge!
