Our challenge today was to splatter ink or something onto our project. I used glimmer mist. Not a single one of the mists I own work. I poured it into a little bowl and used a toothbrush to splatter onto card stock. I made several of these....my dd needs to send out some more thank yous.

Isn't that so frustrating, Pam ~ I have mists, brand new, and they don't work! You found a solution that produced a gorgeous card! Love the elegant but CAS look!

Simple and elegant; beautifully CAS! Your solution to the mister woes worked out perfectly!

I tried the toothbrush method too, but it certainly didn't look like this when I was done! (I overdid it...) Your splatter technique is perfect and gives this card a soft, hand painted feel. Nice job!

What a lovely CAS card, Pam. The spatter works wonderfully, taking away from a whole load of white space but still letting the single flower stem and sentiment carry the card. Like Silver Snow, I've never had much look with a toothbrush...
Thanks for letting me know your birthday card arrived safely .
