I have been struggling with stamping while totally immersed in projects we have to get done around our house. This card came hard to me. I couldn't even manage to think about dessert this week. :( Flowers are no brainers for me and I needed no brainer. I got rid of every ounce of pretty in pink I ever had, so I had to sub Pink Pirouette. The jury is still out as to whether I even like it. I think I would like it if someone else made it. Does that make sense?? My mojo is on hiatus until we get these projects done around the house. :( We are getting ready to list our house so we can buy a place my mom can move in to with us. Our house has 3 stair cases, and no bath or bedroom on the main floor. I love our house, but God is working on my heart to realize what's more important in life. I am sure I will love the next house too if that is how God continues to lead us. Enough blab out of me. My excuse for a card I'm not that crazy about. haha. Happy Tuesday everyone!!

Well you may not like your card, Karen, but I think it is very pretty. And you are the queen of floral cards and always do them justice. Lots of wonderful texture here too.

Karen, I know this card was hard for you, with so many other things going on in your life, but even with your professed lack of mojo, you've created another beauty! You will never regret caring so well for your mother, take my word for it! Lovely card!

Good luck with the house projects, Karen ~ and with finding your next house. I am sure you will love it when it goes from a house to your "home". You're making the move for a heartfelt, loving reason - so all will be well.
I love the EF you used in the background of your card and the way you layered your posies. Who doesn't love flowers???

I love this floral card Karen!! Sounds like you have quite a bit on your plate right now but I agree with the others, once you find the new home and your mother can come live with you, the new home will be a true blessing!

Oh Karen, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Moving because your house is too small is difficult, but when you love your home it is even harder. However, I agree with all of the previous comments...your card is beautiful. I love the ef you chose and the arrangement of the flowers on the bottom are so pretty.

Your mojo looks GREAT to me! Love the emb bkgrd and your floral arrangement is terrific, like the colors w/the black. GOOD luck w/your house projects and the sale of your home. It's tough to leave a home you love BUT the new one will grow on you. You are following your heart, and a home, no matter if it's "old" or new, is where your heart is. YOU and the love you put into it will make your new home special and full of love, too. God bless.

This is a gorgeous card, Karen! All your cards are! As for all the "stuff" you're going though right now....God has put it on your heart to make this move so your mom can come live with you. You will never regret the decision! My mom has been gone 20 years now and I still miss her soooo much! You could never lose your mojo!
