For the Arbor Day challenge to create a card with a tree. I dug out this Unity set - has a nice tree - because it is perfect to make a simple card for my nephew who will be moving hundreds of miles away to a new apartment and a new position. I kept is "foofoo" free, since it isn't likely a grown man would appreciate bling, buttons or bows - lol.
I kept the tree rounded because the first one I cut out didn't look right when I tried cutting around the branches. I used watercolor pencils but didn't apply water to the buildings, I did to the branches. There are lots of hearts on these stamps and I toned them down for reasons earlier stated...

Ah, how sweet and it looks like a perfect neighborhood to move to. This will make your nephew feel so special getting a beautiful hand made card from his aunt.
