I did the watercolor wash with ink refills on wet watercolor paper, then added a bit of extra color on a few spots that needed it. Stamped again on the part of the watercolor paper that I cut off and then paper pieced the bird from the leftovers. The flower actually was stamped on a piece from a different leftover.

What a spectacular background! Your brilliant, bold colors caught my eye right away. I love the combination of paper piecing on watercolor too. Gorgeous card!
