I took strips of the 3 blues and made them the base and then took scraps of dp and did the serendipity squares technique. I put blue paint and white paint on the centers of the flowers. I added gold embossing and used my gold marker.

I would have guessed that even without the CC you might have gone the blue route, MariLynn, and what a lovely symphony of scraps. The white and gold accents enhance it beautifully.
