This card was inspired by my inability to throw away pretty paper scraps and the fact that my dad is a mason. So I decided to create a brick wall on a card. I cut out all of the paper with a spellbinders die and inked all of the edges. I then laid them all out on the card to figure out my color schemes. Once I had the paper bricks in the order I liked I came up with what to stamp on the card. The dream quote is from Tim Holtz's set odds & ends. And the other quote is from Tim Holtz's Stuff to Say set. It took a couple extra bricks but I only inked part of the saying at a time to stamp it on the 3 different bricks. After the quotes were stamped that's when I attached them all to light grey cardstock. Once all the bricks were attached and with fingers crossed I stamped the flourish. Then I used glue dots to attach the paper flowers and put colored pearls in the center. Thanks for looking!
