I made a stencil with the ornament framelits to use as a mold, keeping the center empty. Colored the molding paste with a drop of Tsukineko Garnet refill ink then filled the mold. Textured the surface with a paintbrush and added a touch of Pearl-Ex. After carefully peeling back the mold pieces, I used my piercing tool & gold Pearl-Ex to fashion a metallic fastener. Allowed to dry, applied glue to the center and added MS glitter. Finished the rest of the card based upon this week's challenge inspiration: Peggy inspired us with some very non-traditional Christmas colors - not your grandmother's Christmas. I also used Korin's fantastic sketch and Anna's Mix-ability challenge to use glitter.
Thank you so much for looking - and to our wonderful challenge hostesses for their inspiration. Thank you all for looking and have a peaceful day.
