I'm pretty certain this card is unfinished (are they ever finished, really?), mainly because I can't decide if I like it better portrait or landscape, or maybe even upside down, LOL. The image itself is just so pretty...
It was stamped with VersaMark and heat embossed with a gorgeous sparkly embossing powder from Recollections. It's almost impossible to see in the photo, unfortunately! I water colored it first with watered down Unicorn ink from Hero Arts as the white base, then added the color with Hero Arts Field Greens and Pale Tomato shadow inks. I turned it every which way but loose trying to decide how it looked best and decided to give up for the night - and the month of October, because Hope You Can Cling To is going to get my full attention for the next month - WOO-HOO!
As always, thanks for looking!

Very pretty Jody! It is like it has a soft dusting of snow I am sure it looks beautiful in portrait too, so either way. As they say, the world is your oyster! lol Although I don't know why they say that!

I absolutely love the soft coloring on the poinsettia! What a novel approach to it! I don't think orientation matters! Your image stands alone either way just beautifully!

This turned out beautifully! I didn't even think to do a Christmas theme for this challenge..but I like love how the colors are on yours..kind of soft and muted. I think it would look good either way..and if you feel the need to finish it as you say..just add a greeting in the lower corner...
