Sharon, this is the dearest image and brings back memories of my father mowing grass with such a tool. Even when gas-powered lawn mowers came out, he still wanted one with the "reel action" since it was kinder to the grass! : ) Thanks for bring back some warm precious memories for me with your sweet card.

Like Sallie, this great image brought back great memories for me to of my dad, who was of the same philosophy as her father. Fabulous card.

Well I can do Sallie one better...haha....my dad used one of these too....and when he didn't have time it was my job!! When I got married my DH wanted to buy a power mower and I said no, no...let's not waste the money...I'm used to the manual ones...I'll do it. I hadn't bothered to take into consideration that our lawn was 3 times the size of the one we had when I was growing up. I literally got half way thru the job the first time, then abandoned it to go sit in the sun. DH has NEVER let me forget it!!
Anyway.....your card it absolutely adorable....I love it!!
