We got to work with three yummy shades of blue this week! When I found the papers and cardstock that fit the bill I knew just what images I wanted to use. I had fun with this scene sewing around the border and painting the fence with distress crackle paint (cool stuff)..I also paper pieced the dress, arms, and nest which was a bit tricky but it worked. I added a favorite accent of tulle and that was that. Thanks for taking a look!

Oooh, love the crackle paint on the fence and the stitching around the edges- gives a very cozy feeling of home! Love the little squirrel you added in the corner- a cute touch!
